Return and exchange policy

7-Day Checking Warranty Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your OLEVS watch, or if you find any fault, you can request an exchange or return within this period.

Important: Unboxing Video Required To ensure safety for both parties, we request customers to record a video while opening the parcel.

  • If the product is damaged, missing, or incorrect, this video will serve as proof.

  • Note: Claims for missing or damaged items may not be accepted without an unboxing video.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused Condition: The watch must be unworn, with no scratches or signs of use.

  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned with its original box, warranty card, manual, and tags intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the order number or receipt.

Defective or Wrong Item Received If you receive a damaged product or the wrong model, please notify us immediately.

  • We will exchange it for a new one Free of Cost.

  • Please share the Unboxing Video and pictures of the defect via WhatsApp for quick approval.

Change of Mind If you wish to exchange a product due to a change of mind (e.g., color preference):

  • You can exchange it for another model of equal or higher value.

  • Note: In case of a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the courier charges for returning the item.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Message our support team on WhatsApp at [Insert Number].

  2. Verification: Send us details of the issue along with the unboxing video/photos.

  3. Shipment: Once approved, send the parcel to our provided warehouse address via TCS or Leopards.

  4. Resolution: Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will process your exchange or refund within 3-5 working days.
